Scarf from an Old Vest

~ Old Vest ---> New Scarf ~

 I had this vest from Rue 21 that I used to love. 

Recently I had to clean out my closet and get rid of all the clothes that don't fit anymore.

I cut a strip from the vest 

 I sewed the edges, sewed a gathering stitch in the middle of each side, 

and added the buttons back on.

Voila!
